Get Active to Increase Dental Access
Thank you for your interest in the Smileathon. Your support is invaluable to bridge the gap in dental care access and ensures the continuation of Affordable Dental Care's daily operations. Last year, we performed over 6,000+ procedures. We are asking each of our participants to complete a fitness challenge of their choice and help us raise funds towards expanding our services.
How to Participate
Decide on a fitness activity. You choose the mileage, duration, and/or frequency of the activity. Participants in the past have completed the Madison Marathon, bike rides, a set number of fitness classes, and everything in between.
Set your own fundraising goal. There's no minimum amount we need you each to raise. We appreciate all of the awareness you spread until our fundraising deadline of November 12th.
Fill out our registration form below. We ask for a personal donation of $10 to cover event fees. Under "Select Fund" click on Add Me to the Nov 12th Smileathon. Registration must be completed by October 1st to guarantee receiving a t-shirt and swag bag.
Share your challenge profile. A profile with your fundraising goal will be added to the Smileathon fundraiser page by our staff. By sharing the link, your friends and family can learn about our fundraiser and how they can support you.
Join the Smileathon Fundraiser Facebook group. Here you can engage with other challengers and participate in additional contests and raffles.
Pick up your t-shirt and swag bag. Stop by ADC’s booth at the Madison Marathon Expo at the Monona Terrace on Friday, November 10th from 3pm until 7pm or Saturday, November 11th from 10am until 4pm.
Celebrate at our Smile Mile. If you're not running the race, join us during the Madison Marathon on November 12th between 7am until 12pm to celebrate completing your challenge and cheer on our runners with a live DJ. The Smile Mile will be at mile 13 of the race.
